When sourcing lithium battery chargers in volume, confirming the following points upfront will save costly mistakes:

Input Voltage and Plug Standards

Mains voltage varies by country (100V/110V/220V/230V). Confirm the charger's input range and AC plug type for each target market — wide-voltage models (100–240V) simplify multi-market distribution.

Charging Current and Speed Requirements

Match output current to your application: 30A for standard overnight charging, 50A for regular commercial use, 100A for fast-charging operations. Note that faster charging requires batteries and BMS rated for high current input.

Battery Compatibility

Verify the charger matches your battery's voltage platform (12V/24V/36V/48V) and chemistry — LiFePO₄ requires a dedicated charging profile (CC/CV), not a lead-acid algorithm. CAN/RS485 communication with the BMS enables smarter, safer charging.

Certifications and Compliance

For bulk export orders, confirm CE, UL, FCC, or RoHS certifications as required by your destination market — missing certifications can block customs clearance.

Protection and Durability

Over-voltage, over-temperature, and short-circuit protection are essential. For outdoor or industrial use, check IP rating and operating temperature range.

After-Sales Support

Confirm warranty terms, spare parts availability, and OEM/ODM options (logo, cable length, connectors) before placing volume orders.
